The Higgie's Story (thus far)
As they like to say at the Olive Garden, “When you’re here, you’re family” and although we can’t offer you unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks, the sentiment is the same. We started this business as a family of three very pet-obsessed people, and we’ll continue to grow it that way for years to come. We share a passion for pet-wellness and we’re eager to pass that onto our patrons in any way we can.

Our food philosophy
We’re all about food without filler, products with purpose, and goods with even more good. You want the best for your buddy, and so do we – it’s your baby, after all!
Our inspiration
Meet Shelby, the King Charles Cavalier who proudly identifies as a “BIG” dog—and won’t hear otherwise. Living the high life, he happily sneaks away from his royal duties to chase pesky winged creatures from his throne (the couch). Though he may seem like high society, he’s humble at heart, dreaming of a dynasty where all pets eat as well as he does.
Despite her seemingly humble birthright, Queen Olive has risen with grace to lead her home. Rescued from the SPCA at 10, this former damsel in distress proves you can teach an old dog new tricks. Though advanced in age, she’s young at heart (especially after shedding weight post-rescue) and loves nothing more than a lively game of fetch.
The last to join the royal family, Banksy the little prince couldn't and wouldn’t hurt a fly. When not cuddling, he’s scheming ways to out-cool his older brother, Shelby, though wrestling usually wins out. Once a kibble connoisseur, he’s thriving on a fresh, raw diet. His love language? Pure affection—he got the memo about being the perfect lap dog.
